This is also counting as my black outfit number 12. Gave myself a black bat mask. Marlies Dekkers bra peaking out of my tank. My beloved Betsey Johnson Serenn booties. Have a safe Halloween! Advertisements
I’ve been so obsessed with my black challenge that I haven’t done a nail post in a while. This one is from Layla called Ultra Violet. Love the holo effect, but after a day, the tips are already showing wear. … Continue reading →
I’ve mentioned one of my favorite apps, Snapette, before. I’ve been using it for over a year and it is a great app to browse on your phone. I like how easy it is to discover new items and find out where it is being sold. It focuses on fashion, so you don’t have to filter through tons of pictures on Instagram to find the shoes you didn’t know you needed.
Purse Dreams is proud to announce that we are one of the featured stores on Snapette. If you look under the “Stores” tab and click on “Other Cities”, you will find Purse Dreams and all the photos I have taken with this app. Now, know that some of the items are not from the store. I like to take pictures of my own shoes, arm parties, and other beauties I find when shopping. Sharing is caring.
I will be updating the prices on the items from the store, so feel free to call or email if you see something you love and have to have. Have a great day.
Gray and black, so appropriate for a cold rainy day. This outfit is deceivingly warm. The secret is that the tights are fleece lined. Oh, yeah! Found them at Nordstrom Rack along with the T by Alexander Wang skirt. The black cashmere sweater is from Design History. The boots are Frye Veronica Slouch. Watch from Marc by Marc Jacobs and bracelet from Marni for H&M. I’m really happy for the amount of black I’m wearing so early on in this challenge. This will allow me to be more colorful during the holiday season while still making my goal. Oh, and there are tons of great fall sales out there right now including here at Purse Dreams. Happy shopping!
The temperature dropped and it is now officially cold in Salt Lake City. I still need to pull out my really thick sweaters from storage, but here’s a lighter one that I love.
I’m wearing my Etoile Isabel Marant Lexy jacket that I purchased last fall. It has a great burgundy and black boucle blend accented with leather trim. It originally had shoulder pads that really made the shoulders accentuated, but after the sweater got cleaned, the padding got too big and I had to remove them.
I’m wearing with the Lexy, a grey long sleeve top from Bella Luxx, black jeans from BDG, Born boots and a Fiona Paxton necklace. Have a great week.
